Where do I sign?

As the Monkey King of Washington continues to wind up the Nosferatu of Moscow with the sprinkling of inoffensive little ICBMs around Russia's borders, sending Putin properly over the edge, I learn of a rather serendipitous piece of timing on the part of clued-up Americans, i.e. a movement to secede from the remaining evil empire. Makes for nice reading too. Although I can't help thinking that

'Tension reduction is the bedrock principle on which all international conflicts are to be resolved'

was hastily added to their declaration in the last few days.

I have already started racking my brains as to what we could do to help them. Must be a petition somewhere to nudge that first domino over...
